Outfield
The following rankings are based on 5X5 head to head scoring system used by Yahoo Fantasy and ESPN Fantasy. I play my fantasy baseball on CBS Sportsline and the scoring is cumulative, points are awarded as follows: 1 for single, 2 for a 2B, 3 for a 3B, 4 for a HR, 1 for a Run, 1 for a RBI, 1 for a BB and 2 points for a SB. Shortstop
This is probably the thinnest position this year, once you get past Hanley Ramirez, Jose Reyes and Jimmy Rollins it turns into a crap shoot. Do you go with veterans like Derek Jeter and Michael Young or do you go with the upside of Troy Tulowitzki, Stephen Drew , Alexei Ramirez or J.J. Hardy? Personally, I think the upside of the youngsters outweighs the veterans.

My pick is Pujols. Hanley is an unbelievable talent that will give you 5 categories but Pujols is the best pure hitter in the last 20 years. He is guaranteed to get you .330+ over 100 runs 35-40 HR's and 115+ RBI's. You have to go with the consistency that he delivers.
