The NFL has had the Cowboys and Lions host games on Thanksgiving for over 60 years. However, one or both teams seem to be horrible every year. To keep them competitive, should they give these games to some other teams?
Good question. I definitely say “yes” because I am sick of seeing the Lions get their butts kicked every Thanksgiving in a meaningless game. The NFL should switch it up every year and keep the rest of America entertained.
i think eating turkey and pumpkin pie every thanksgiving is enough tradition. the game should be like the sunday night flex games the NFL does to keep the games interesting- it could have been the giants-redskins, pittsburgh-new england, or chicago-minnesota.
