Lingerie Football League

This is unlike any other blog I’ve written for my time on FSM. Yeah, it may not be in any sports category on the toolbar but it, like any other sport this season, it will be making an impact on ticket sales and media coverage. Never once did I imagine that one day we would be watching women in lingerie, shoulder pads, and a helmet playing football. These girls are beautiful, athletic, and play with a passion. They may seem all nice and pretty, but beware these females are ferocious!

I’m all about social media, I wouldn’t be writing this if I wasn’t. Quite possibly the biggest thing in social media is the onslaught of Twitter right now. Everyone is using it, including many of our favorite athletes. Barry Zito, Giants pitcher, is taking advantage of this and tweets a lot, if you will. You can find him at http://twitter.com/BarryZito

The Answer to the Golden State Warriors' Headaches: A New Logo

I do not claim to be a basketball expert, but I believe the answer to the Warriors’ problems is simply a new logo. Now before you start ripping me apart, hear me out. Real talk. The design of a sports logo is often overlooked as a non-factor in the success of a franchise, but it’s pretty damn important if you think about it. If your team logo looks wack, your jerseys will look wack, and your players will play wack. You’ll sell less jerseys, have less popular players, have a smaller payroll, and ultimately less confident players. Your team officially becomes wack.

For all Golden State Warriors fans that went to bed dreaming of Stephen Curry running from baseline to baseline draining three pointers with the greatest of ease, you are in for a rude awakening you’re not ready for.
According to reports from the Arizona Republic, Curry along with Andris Biedrins will be shipped to the Phoenix Suns for Amare Stoudemire, continuing the trend of power shifting trades in the NBA. The Warriors already made a trade to the Atlanta Hawks to rid themselves of Jamal Crawford’s 2-year, $20 million contract in exchange for Speedy Claxton and Acie Law.

I've seen some sights which rank him around the 70th RB. That seems a bit off. I would think he's around 50th?

The following rankings are based on 5X5 Head to head scoring system used by Yahoo Fantasy and ESPN Fantasy. I play my fantasy baseball on CBS Sportsline and the scoring is head to head weekly with points awarded as follows: 1 for single, 2 for a 2B, 3 for a 3B, 4 for a HR, 1 for a Run, 1 for a RBI, 1 for a BB and 2 points for a SB. These rankings are based on the standard 5X5 categories (Avg., Runs, HR’s, RBI, SB) of Yahoo and ESPN standard scoring leagues.
