Chargers looking for two picks for V-Jax
The News
According to Yahoo! Sports' Michael Silver, the Chargers are seeking both a second and third round pick in exchange for disgruntled wide receiver Vincent Jackson.

Holmes can workout at Meadowlands
The News
According to the New York Post, Santonio Holmes will be allowed to workout at the Jets' practice facility during his four-game suspension to begin the season.
Our View
Good news for the Jets, if not necessarily good news for fairness. If you can snag him in the middle rounds of your draft, he could prove to be a huge mid-season reinforcement at receiver.

The News

Haynesworth to play Thursday
The News
According to the Washington Post, Albert Haynesworth will play in the Redskins' final preseason game on Thursday evening.
Our View
Normally, veterans and first stringers sit out the fourth game of the preseason, but seeing as Haynesworth has barely played this summer and is currently running with the second stringers, he could be on the field for up to an entire half this evening.

The News
According to NFL.com's Jason La Canfora, the Seahawks are actively shopping veteran receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh.

Due to make over $7 million this season, however, his market should be extremely limited. Look for him to either remain in Seattle, or to get released.
