Tiger: Lucky, that good, or both?
After his win at the US Open in a playoff today, I have to say both. He was lucky to get into the playoff (of course he was clutch) and to still be tied after 18 playoff holes today. It helps that his opponent, Rocco Mediate, did not run away with it. But how much of that would you attribute to luck, Tiger’s skill and grinding ability, and perhaps even the Tiger aura of invincibility? No doubt, Tiger is the best player in the world, perhaps of all time, but it’s common to see his opponent be good enough to almost beat him, Tiger teeter on the verge of losing, and come back somehow.
Too much like a Hollywood script in my view. Why can’t someone just blow him out or he do the same anymore? What do you all think?

Tiger is a master of not just Golf, he is a master of himself. He knows his mind and body better than anybody out there.
