The Chicago Bears need a WR
Mushin is gone and so is Berrian. Depth chart awareness tells me that Devin Hester and Mark Bradley are now the two starting WRs. As much as I would love to get excited about this I can’t.
I really hope the Bears grab some veteran WR otherwise they’re in big trouble. Hester could be a solid WR but he needs some tutelage. I’m not sure if Javon Walker would be the answer but something would be better than nothing.
What other free agent WRs are out there? I didn’t forget about rookies I just didn’t include them. You can’t trust a rookie WR to do anything.

Booker
Looks like it's going to be Hester and Marty Booker catching passes http://sports.aol.com/fanhouse/2008/03/05/bears-sign-marty-booker-but-why-didnt-they-franchise-bernard-b/March 6, 2008 - 12:23pm

Booker isn't that bad
he's better than Muhshin at this stage of their career and he's not afraid to make the tough catch. I think Hester can do a decent job of getting deep (that's all Berrian did)..-bBMarch 7, 2008 - 10:21pm

Chicago WRs
Well, looks like Chicago is set now at WR with the signings of Marty Booker and Brandon Lloyd. Not!! That's a scarily bad WR corp. Those two could actually be the starters. Grossman, should he win the job, almost has no chance to succeed with those WRs.Reply

Ocho Cinco, baby
that would be a coup if the Bears got Chad Johnson.
