NFL Rumor: Randy Moss to Cowboys

The Patriots and Randy Moss really aren’t close to a new contract, although the Pats believe Moss will give them the option to match whatever deal he does receive on the open market. That makes sense because the clubs pursuing Moss will be limited because he wants to play for a contender. The most interesting rumor is Moss joining the Dallas Cowboys.

TO and Moss? Talk about nasty. I would love to see a WR duo like that. Hands down, they would be the best one-two punch in the league.

No way I bet Randy Moss and the Patriots announce a new contract as soon as he can announce a restructured deal on Feb. 29.

I would love to see him on the Cowboys, but I don’t think he will leave the Pats after the season they gave him.

from a fantasy perspective there’s only one ball, folks. I don’t think it’d be good for owners of either of these players. But I agree with FF that this is likely just a rumor and nothing more.

Not Gonna Happen I’ve been hearing that a deal has already been agreed upon by New England and Moss. It will be announced sometime next week.

Now if the Cowboys are smart, they will go after the OTHER New England free agent wide reciever Donte Stallworth. Stallworth is young, fast and would make a terrific compliment reciever to Terrell Owens.

RE: NFL Rumor: Randy Moss to Cowboys Too bad Romo is such a choker. With TO and Moss as wideouts, Witten will probably get majority of the looks!
