Fan falls over railing, dies at Niners game

A fan attending the Minnesota Vikings-San Francisco 49ers game at Monster Park died when he fell at least 20 feet from an upper concourse to the mezzanine level, team and local police said.

That’s horrible… It was probably traumatizing for everyone. Who’s liable?

probably no one is liable, unless the family can prove the design of the area where he jumped was dangerous. He mightve been drinking, but he decided to make the leap. at this point, it looks like a tragic accident.
